K20Connect, in partnership with Advancing Global EDU, is thrilled to announce our new "Family Dinners." We plan to host several vital conversations for district leaders in the coming months.
We have been at the table of many thought leadership conversations for years, bringing industry leaders and the academic community together. These round tables are indeed a sight to behold and an experience different from any other convening of district leaders. The family table is open for honesty, frankness, and candidness. These organic conversations allow participants to acknowledge that things aren't always perfect and do so in a space where others can provide both empathy and solutions.
When you come to our family table, you will be seated by other district leaders from your region. There will be laughter, thought-provoking conversation, and sometimes even tears. But we know that through these conversations, true innovation and encouragement happen—creating bonds for life.
Our family dinner (round table) format includes 10 to 15 district-level administrators from various districts within a geographic region who come together to share innovation, ideas, and challenges related to the current issues in education as envisioned within their districts. We invite you into the conversation to share your insights about the field of education inquiring about specific topics they may see as they work with districts around the country.
We are focusing on the idea of a family dinner because, during these times, we need to bind together like families to build learning environments and experiences that are uplifting and enable our children to thrive. The inaugural event in our new Family Table Series will be in late January, to be held at Harper College, just outside of Chicago. We will include cooking classes from the culinary institute on campus. It will truly be breaking bread among friends and sharing rich conversations around the table. You won't want to miss it! Reach out to us to find out more about how you can join our family dinner!
And just so we're clear, our team is always relegated to the kid's table...so be ready to have some fun and come learn and network with us!!
